Nice to see you getting on so well and contributing to the forum.

A poorly functioning bowel, liver, or kidneys will create it's own food sensitivities . All foods have a positive and negative effect when we consume them but for most people they are not aware of the sensitivities but for some of us a breakdown in the cycles of nutrients causes problem and people with biliary sludge are well known to suffer from food sensitivities . Get rid of the sludge if you can and the sensitivities go away as well.

It's a catch 22.
