I read your great posts about castor oil. Hasn't that cured your constipation?

Not trying to contest you - just interested to know if castor oil was no good? I am a fellow constipation sufferer but am enema dependant. As you wrote, Castor oil is brilliant taken as a cleanse. I have done it once a week for the past month and it has been especially useful after my recent course of Humaworm. But I must stop enemas now and don't feel I can take castor oil more than once a week.

I tried standing on my head against a wall (head on a cushion) and found it suprisingly easy to do. It was a good feeling but didn't cure constipation for me.

My friends tell me running is the thing. Going to give that a try next.
