No one can make you do anything, certainly not from a distance.  You broke your fast because you were upset.  Own up to it, and ignore the people who don't make you feel good, but for pity sake, don't rant on about it with loud farewells which are never the last words.

Most people I have noticed who utter a giant faretheewell on this site are ALWAYS back, even if under another guise.  You have much to be proud of, there are all kinds of fasts, let the zealots dicker about terminology and remember how much you have accomplished without letting someone's viewpoint tarnish anything for you.

I think it is amazing you have gone ANY length of time as that shows great will power and stamina in my opinion.

You've done GOOD.  Continue.
