How do i prepare these teas? do i boil the seeds? How much of it should i take? Also with the watermelon, is Watermelon good for kidney patient? Can i give my sister watermelon, and then with the spare seeds as you said make a tea out of it, do i just use the seeds and boil them in water, is that all? Iamaliar. How do i make aspagarus tea and black pepper tea?

With the spearmint, do i get spearmint seeds (is there such thing) what part of spearmint must i get - the leaves? Then do i boil the leaves in hot water?

Please explain wat u meant by saying formula using juniper berries, parsely seed and so on.

When i make parsley tea, do i use parsley seeds or parsley leafs?
