Hi Amber,
I hope you don't leave curezone because you have been an important part of the Acne forum and your advice has been appreciated. I haven't followed this whole episode but it seems like everybody uses the term "fast" in a different context. Find what is right for you and go with it. Most people here on curezone are well meaning but sometimes it is tough talking to a computer screen and the poster you are at odds with probably meant you no harm. I hope you hang around and good luck with your fast!
