Yo Knowledge Seeker,

How do i make a tincture, what is a tincture? I want to make it for my sister because she has bad kidneys and dialysis is imminant, but shes young, who would want to get a transplant or do dialysis at 23? If this can prevent it that would be great because dialysis costs a bomb.
