I would throw the whole batch out and start over with a fresh mushroom.

How long did you ferment this batch? Did you put some undiluted tea in the batch?

I would start over and get a good kit with good directions. Also smoke or smog can cause mold formation.

Make sure to add 1/2 cup of kombucha tea to every batch.

Also, for future save extra mushrooms in case this happens again.
