Thanks for your input. I think the differentiation is whether the source of the Iodine is organic or inorganic. Inorganic being Chilean saltpetre, caliche, old salt brines, and salt wells. Once it is recovered as iodine, it does not really matter you see. I'm just belaboring the point that Iodine is a simple inorganic element. By the time it is rendered, the source does not matter at all.

Also, you're right on how Iodine becomes more bioavailable. That is what these other creative forms try to do. They add more electromagnetism. They remove some electrons. Etc. Not pure forms of iodine at all; but maybe will trick the body into assimilating their product.

I see that the formula, which you presented, contains only 1 molecule of iodine. Since it has 2 carbon atoms, it would be considered "organic" in chemistry. You say it is for veterinary use? That's interesting. I wonder what it does. It is not iodine, even though it has an iodine component. Even iodine is not primary in it. Looks like hydrogen is primary. Thanks for the information.
