I don't do raw onions; actually I don't use anything but shallots now since they cook out faster. Been doing that for years after seeing how the 5 Star hotel guests live :)

Hulda is great but the second book is for those with the know how to use a synchrometer. If you know what you have you avoid the food...if you have everything you have lyme and the game becomes more intense...

BTW: I started treating/relaxing Retro viruses, do some research on those and it is downright scary...
