hi peggysue2 i know how you feel,, i actually called myself food addict cuz i just love eating,,, but i got into the point that i felt bad for myself,, i felt i never care about my body and does not love me,,i've been bad and irresponsible to myself (low self esteem and bad moods is mostly what i got from being a food addict) and i think its fair enough to love your self like you love others (like your family)

i had start fasting yesterday with the help and support of my family, friend and this forum.. so far im doing good of course no 1 can help you except you. so right now im always positive i believe in myself though i heard its gonna be hard i know i can do it,, im doing this for myself cuz i wanna look good and feel good too,, so even though i work in a food area i try to focus on my goal,,,

i would love to be your company goodluck i know you can do it,,
