According to the instructions in the propolis extract I get, you must add 20 drops to one glass of water 3 times a day and drink it.
Personally, I don't put it in the urine I drink, because as I am fasting I prefer not to, also because the taste of my urine is like water, very clear, but according to Dr. Ryochi, it is a very potent combination. I prefer to use it in my urine enemas, and I add 20 drops to one litter of urine.
For the urine I use in my face (fresh or old), I set apart in one tap the one I'm gonna use, and I add 1 drop or propolis extract.
