How awesome is that???!!! Hmmm, I wonder if I remember any of the katas of Matsumura kenpo my daughter use to do. I had to learn just enough so she would have someone to spar with at home. I'm sure what you do, is much different and 100 times more difficult. Wonderful, wonderful, I'm so happy for you.

With all this talk about dental, I thought I would mention that I had noticed less sensitivity to my teeth. You better have strong teeth if you now have your 2nd degree black belt. lol
