Agreed, Urine is powerful medicine. UT mixed with the wrong foods or other medications is hazardous. I have encountered Acne flair ups and headaches.
So far two months, as far as wins go; my immune system is kicking butt!!!
#1 win)No colds, no flu. My immune sytem use to catch every cold or flu. Especially around my period. Knock on wood: To sum it up with one word, "CALM".
Moving into spring I have time to work on my leg lifts and situps, playing tennis and not worry about working on nurturing myself back to health from being sick. In retrospect, such a waste of time, the time it takes on being sick and getting well again.
#2 win) My ability to remain calm and not "lose it". I noticed that after forty the loss of hormones is affecting my ability to handle stress well. UT is giving me back my balance. I am also considering supplimenting with HGH shots combined with UT.
#3 win )Regaining control of energy. It appears I have kicked the coffee habit. I crave less and less caffiene. It feels as though I am no longer allowing my body to be driven by force or put on auto pilot any longer.
#4 win) My ability to smell has increased or something spectacularly subtle is going on. I recall scents from teenage years and it is experienced as pure pleasure and as though I were young again.
Sadly, there is not that much information on UT combined with other cleansing programs. Or, even other diets such as my current project; Cycling low carb diet with high carb diet combining with a consistant use of UT. I also am supplimenting with my daughters morning urine. Her urine is STRONG like bull!! Mine is often so weak in comparison.
I also would like to try other therapys along side of UT.
Presently, I am also experimenting with what would be the best vitamin suppliments. In this area perhaps there is TOO MUCH info.
I would recommend starting with nothing and slowly adding to ones diet.
Example: Fasting with water, leading into Urine, leading into apple juice, herbal tea, green tea. And slowly adding simple foods. This way one has clear perspective on what is doing what. Not at all practical but I think UT would be best tried and begun when in a state of good health.
I am gonna try fresh urine in my hair today. What the heck! I often use raw eggs and beer. Puts also a killer shine. With Urine, I have my doubts that no one will be able to smell it. Gheesh, I wake in my bathroom and if there is one drop of old urine in a cup I can smell the strength of it and want to pass out. LOL Maybe I can mask it with some other scent.
