I was just wondering, I was suppose to start my fast today as I haven't done one for over 12 months and I caved! I would like to know what other fasters do on those first 3 or 4 days when it's extremely hard to stay focused, I am so dissapointed in myself for being week, but it's easy to say you will start tomorrow when you have a full belly!
