I hope someone can help me, I have been taking natural HRT for 3 weeks now and I have never felt so bad! I am so depressed and fat and horrible. I spoke to my dr today and he says this is because of chemical exposure in the past. he suggested having 5 days break then going onto half the dose for 2 weeks. he didnt explain himself, ending our conversation quite quickly. I am at my wits end, it doesnt make any sense to me. I am so sad I cant bear it. I hope someone can offer me advice or an explaination. Thank you.
