um ya, coconut oil is solid, like butter, under 76degrese. i cant take it solid, the texture is gross. but above 76degrese it liquafies, and what i did was put it outside so it melted, and just scoop a Tablespoon into it and drink two tablespoons at a time and wash it down with a glass of purified water. make sure to use high quality organic extra virgin. it will cost you 10-$15 for a 1pound jar wich will last 3 days if you eat 10tablespoons a day. transitioning from a fast right to coconut oil detox i believe will yield even better results. not to mention this stuff is seriously energizing.
