It all sounds pretty par for the course but it will get better in time. You should not be soaking through a pad or tampon every hour but you will be ery heavy will large clots. You're body is ridding itself of all that mirena crap. It's a good thing. Many if not most of us still continue to experience mirena side effects esepecially around and during our period for months after removal. How many months I do not know.
