I will give it a whirl tomorrow and post the results. I will paint my neck with lugols. I also have magnescent, detoxified & Iosol iodine, so I may try testing those forms as well if the test proves a success.

I have been taking kelp for some time now, and I am certain that I am not deficient, so I suspect that I will get good results.
