livingwaters, i think you will find that the enema isn't as big a deal as you might expect. to me, they are one of the most pleasant and effective ways of doing ut. i have never been a big fan of enemas, but for some reason the urine has a very tranquilizing effect. i find that while i'm holding it, i get a very mellow and peaceful feeling, my skin immediately becomes soft and ultra-sensitive, and i'm always kind of disappointed when it's time to end the experience. i don't get this with a saltwater enema. plus, the health benefits come much more quickly with the enemas, for me. i can understand your reluctance, though. no pressure. :)
