I really like your website. I do request that you include a note about candida next to your promotion of eating fruit. For many candida sufferers with eczema, eating fruit would be detrimental to their healing.

Also, the raw diet sounds lovely. I'm not there yet. I'm cold all of the time. In Chinese medicine, it's suggested for a 'cold' and 'deficient' person such as myself to eat warming foods. I'd love to your know your experiences/opinions on that.
