No that is not true, because thru previous memory I devulged things I would not want anyone to know and I found out things that were so horrible that I wish I never knew so I went bongers. The movies where you don't remember anything is bull. I remember it to this day. What did I do, I ran very fast away.

Now if you are trying to quit smoking or something that is a bad habit that is different.
