If Jarrow formula is pure IP6 otherwise it is watered down with inositol.

MSM only TEMPORARILY binds to hg, if you are very lucky that is long enough to get it out of your system...do you feel lucky?

As for minerals, if you take good salt to help you with bromine detox then you get almost all of the rare minerals that way. The others can be gotten from a good mineral supplement.
If you want you can make those salt minerals more bio-available by energizing the water you mix them in:
