It took me a very long time and a lot of reading before I did the Iodine stuff, if I had any idea that it really would make the lumps in the boobs go away I would have chugged the stuff by the quart. Be sure you take the adjunct suppliments, and you figure out how to salt load, also Celery juice will help with headaches.

I started really slow, I was chicken, and was slowly & cautiously upping the dose, when I got sick, and really upped the dose. It's good for respiratory problems, and it does make lumpy boobs soft, and it also helps with thyroid, mine was too low. I have a feeling when I get it checked again, it's going to be much more 'normal', assuming I'm willing to give actualy money to an MD to check it for me. I've already giving them a lot of my money and gotten little in return.

Probably, I'm just going to trust my instincts.
