I did almost pass out, when my heart start to race all my body used to get num
and I would have pain around my heart, when this happens tho I drank about a half gallon of water and the heart racing stops

start on iodoral, I never tried Lugol but will buy some later when I get some more extra cash

Iodoral is an instant healer
