Thank you for your help! I'll get busy and do some research, although I'm leaning toward the Lugol's; I prefer liquids over pills. I don't feel particularly toxic and, like you, have lived pretty clean for some time now. I can take a few days of feeling "off" but a full-blown detox wouldn't be good. If you don't mind another question: now that you've been iodized for 3 months, do you feel better than before? I already feel pretty danged good, but there's certainly room for improvement.
