you can buy kefir health food stores, pre made.
What i do is buy a product Called "Primal Defence Ultra" its the best probiotic i know sold by Garden of Life. or perhaps taking the 5 minutes to make your own kefir out of raw organic milk. kefir ranks higher than yogurt because it will actually colonize your GI track, where as yogurt will just help bowel function.
