Well, I don't typically crack all over like that. That's just what happened at this last adjustment, since I'd apparently gotten really out of whack and as I mentioned, I've been walking around with my shoulders popping a lot, but that's also started just in this past week.

Thanks for the tip about the activator technique, though. I haven't ruled out finding a new chiropractor, if it seems necessary. But I'd prefer to stick with this one.

I'm playing it by ear. Last night and today were good, for example.
