Thanks, Quinta. You have a point, I've been eating a lot of junk lately.

I'm going to try to stick with anti-inflammatory foods for a while. If it doesn't get better then I'll consider the fasting.

I don't know that my chiropractor is really, really good. But she's helped me a lot over the years, and has several good points in her favor. If the situation doesn't resolve then I might have to look at another chiropractor but I'm gonna give it a little time. For example, I felt fine last night and today.
