No oranges, no Vit C.
I used to take 2000mg of VitC/day but I am not even taking it in between doses or anything. This morning I had Watermelon for breakfast; I don't think it has Vit. C though.

I only breath through the mouth while I am preparing it and when I take it.
When I have to breath, I breath into my hands, which have a nice natural lotion smell.

If I breath through the nose accidentally and feel the taste, I immediately start pumping my breath through my mouth again, as if I am in labor. :)
