my son-in-law who is a Crohns sufferer has tried the diet for a month with no change. the recipes we used from the book actually made his condition worse! could it be that the ingredients in another country are different? the home made yohurt made ALL of us run to the bathroom! the diet was too hard for him because it was just boring. any advice?
