Yeah, I realize that things like fasting can be difficult when you live with family members, especially if they are not supportive. Still, you need to take responsibility for your diet. Perhaps your mother will help you keep a cleaner diet and buy fresh fruits and veggies, or allow you to buy and prepare your own meals for a while. I know it is hard. When there are all those goodies just begging to be eaten, it is almost impossible. Still, there are no magic formulas or quick fixes when a good clean diet is not followed. That does not mean you cannot enjoy an occasional treat, but you must eat a clean diet to avoid feeding inflammation.
