Raw milk is a great probiotic for sure. I used to have all sorts of problems with dairy until I switched to raw organic milk. It has to be the natural enzymes, vitamins, and omega 3s you don't get with the dead milk. Pasteurized milk just doesn't agree with me. I also recommend only the organic grass-fed variety as this also contains CLA.
