I check this forum occassionally, but most people are repulsed by the idea because they have not done any research into the subject matter. I looked into it several years ago and did try with out much success. However, recently I caught the flu and I have sinus problems already. I decided to try it again and I have recovered from the flu in about 4 days and a really painful sinus infection is breaking up without using prescribed Antibiotics . This has given me renewed interest in this area.
