Not if you are in pain, it has to be dealt with.
If you are still salt loading you may want to take a break, if you have Potassium then maybe try to up that just in case this is some inflamatory process that is triggered by salt.

This sounds more like metal detox than fluoride, have any Alpha Lipoic Acid?
Any idea what brought this on?

Are your knees and hip joints involved?
