I would like to look into the iodine. The forum, however, has alot of informations and posts. I am reading the recommended threads/posts at the moment.

I noticed that my multivatmin has Iodine (around 30 mcg, I'm not sure, I left the bottle at work :P). But it mentioned that it was a 100% as recommended by the FDA. Like the FDA would know better about human needs lol.
