hi! i started taking ACV mixed in water 2 times a day (1 tsp in 8 oz water) and since then i have had bad gas and bloating. usually i do not get tas very often and this is becoming annoying!
has anyone else noticed this? i know that normally ACV is supposed to HELP with gas and bloating...
does anyone know why this could be happening? help!!!
i am however enjoying other benefits from the ACV - like lower blood Sugar (i am a diabetic on insulin)
i have tried taking it on an empty stomach as well as before meals. taking it before meals helps more with the blood Sugar thing.
any ideas?
