Thanks guys. Needless to say my naturapath wasn't thrilled with how long I've been ding this for. That sucks. I was hoping to find one to work with me on the detoxing cleansing stuff but I guess they do that just not via fasting. Actually that subject didn't even come up.

I've lost 30lbs and still want to lose more. Although I'm starting to want food again but I think it's just because I'm in the process of moving and have had to stick to citrus juices and can't use my regular juicer.
