I never tried UT and never would! Here is my logic behind it.
Urine are toxins that our body eliminates, so why would we force it back in?

Why not detoxify with lots of water on a daily basis and maybe some good Aloe Vera juice, or even plain lemon juice added to your water. 2-3 litres a day will certainly do the trick!
