Thanks for the suggestion of ginger. I am gonna buy lots of it. I happen to like ginger so I will put it in my juicer. I definitely need to try the flush again, because after I drank the ES, I felt my gallbladder was "dancing", with no pain at all. So, something definitely was going on down there.

I got a "pediatric electrolyte oral maintenance solution" that the pharmacy sells for children when they losses their electrolytes due to vomiting/diarrhea. It says "Prevents Dehydration" on the bottle so, I guess I will use that. And no water intake 45 minutes before or after each doses of Epsom Salts . Thanks!
