Thanks for your suggestion. I will try Apple juice with Epsom Salt then. I really want to carry out one complete flush. I don't know if any experienced liver flushers had this sensation after you guys drank the Epsom salt. About 1 and 1/2 hours after I drank the first dose of Epsom salt. I felt my small intestines suddenly tightened. It was as if my small intestines had gotten a "muscle cramp". That was when I started hurling out from my mouth at least 2 to 3 cups of clear yellow liquid. So, I am in wonders how come other people did not throw up but I did, so violently too! Anyways, next time I will cut the Epsom Salt dose in half as Hopsino had so wisely suggested. And may be if I tolerated it well, then I can always increase the dosage an hour later or something. Again, thanks for your support. Also, is it possible to tell oneself not to throw up? For example, if I feel nauseous, should I do things that will take my mind off the nausea such as getting fresh air to prevent the throwing up from happening? (Like mind over matter type of thing? ) Any tips would be appreciated.
