hi there
sometimes i put one teaspoon of citric acid powder in glass and top it with water till its full, add sugar, sweeten to taste , usually 3 teaspoons , and drink. Its good for my bronchitis, opens up my breathing deep, and its excellent with the first symptoms of a cold, like sneezing, its good for whooping cough too! immediate results.
so its good to swallow up some citric as well with mms.
