I usually start my period around the beginning of the month so I maybe having PMS but since I had 2 periods in July I don't know what to expect. Today My breathing is horrible, my chest is tight and feels like somebody sitting on it, my airways feel raw like a bad chest cold, feels like someone has their hand around my throat, my head is tight and foggy like congested, I have what feels like a tension headache, my body is sore, I feel anxious and really depressed. I also have like hyper salivation and it's fuzzy like I swallowed an alka selzter or something. I know it all sounds crazy. I feel crazy.
I hope it's my cycle messing with me and will stop. I'm tempted to take a primrose oil tab but scared to at the same time for fear of a bad or worse reaction.
