Thats interesting perhaps Bruce can answer that. I don't think the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement solution used for teeth is anywhere near that acidity. Bruce said himself ClO2 is not itself acidic. You can't trust this site they are probably pushing their own product.
I don't know that much about the dental use of it but I have read studies that indicate ASC is the worst of several whiteners and carbamide peroxide was the best
causing no significant effect on enamel and it is a bleach and an oxidizer but not acidified
