Hello, here's the story of a 6-week Water Fast conducted some time ago by Dr. Gross at a place called Pawling Manor. In this case the "patient" was suffering with various ailments (some severe), and became aware of Natural Hygiene and its application to reverse dis-ease. I myself am very interested in Dr. Shelton's writings, and found this fasting diary fascinating.

The events took place many years ago, but I believe are still relevant, much like Dr. Shelton's work.

In particular, beginning at Day 35 of the diary, the fast breaking experience is described. The diary goes on to relate how the person initially tried to break the fast, their results, and what happened next when they went a little further and attempted to break it for a second time. The chapter following this one is also quite enlightening.
