I always notice that my adrenal fatigue seems much much worse about a week and a half before I get my period. Does anyone else have this symptom? I feel like I only feel somewhat normal the week out of the month when I am not Pms-ing or on my period or ovulating! I am hoping that as my adrenals get stronger my PMS will get better for I have had horrible PMS since high school, it's hard for me to get to work even (when I was working). I feel like a completely different person during this time.

Also- has anyone else noticed worsening of allergies both pollen and food since getting adrenal fatigue? I have horrible pollen allergies now and am moving to ocean to get away from the pollen.
