Thank you Hopinso for your suggestion. I want to carry out at least one complete liver flush. As per your suggestion, for the next time around, I will not fast, but I will reduce the Epsom Salt to 2 teaspoons. I will also get Magnesium Citrate liquid laxative ready as a back up in case I want to take Magnesium Citrate as the first dose.

QUESTION: I have read somewhere in this forum that I can mix Epsom Salt with juice (grapefruit jujice ? applejuice?) instead of water. Would that work as well?

I was thinking may be I should have follow the flush strictly and not drink water after the 2pm cut-off. May be the little sips of water I took after about 1 and 1/2 hours after the Epsom salt, set off a chain of action in my body that led me to throwing up the Epsom Salt solution.

I am reading as much of Liver Flush Forum here as I could to learn how to do a Liver Flush properly and to know what to expect during the flush.
