Said it all before. Don't really want to keep repeating myself.
You know I don't follow the Humble protocol to the letter, I agree with Tom on most things and if you read the support forum I always warn if I think there is a risk and I advise caution with it's use. Some people want to do what Humble suggests and if they find it benefits them that's all very well but you know that I don't advise higher and higher doses of it and ignoring side effects.
