Actually I didnt use the Zapper till well in to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement use and by that it had a clear effect.I used the Zapper very erratically for a week or so and then stopped because I was doing alright anyway. Incidently when I stopped the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for 2 weeks I used the zapper and initially it caused a little diarrhea again but it soon stopped in a couple of days now I use it daily with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at 6 drops to see if there is any further benefits over a 3 week period.
