Nah had to cancel the smelly cabagge along with the kefir sadly.

Thats just liver flusher talk lol, alot just get iller from flushing.

Any liver herb works but slowly it does. Milk thistle is more of a protectant and regenerative. I also need bile increasers and other liver healers such as blessed thistle, artichoke etc.

Good bacteria and other things like kefir help the liver greatly also.
