Think you could be right, thats probably why I have the polyp.  I havnt taken any anti-fungals for a while and wont be for quite some time.  What herbs have you been ordering?

BTW up until today I have been feeling noticably better think the new proticol I started last week is working.  More energy feeling better mentaly and I think less burping which leads me to believe that my body is starting to produce more stomach acid as I have had to cut back my HCL as I was getting a burning sensation (either that or I have taken to much and burned a hole in my stomach!!!) Still got a loooooong way to go though!!

I have also been eating nectarines, peaches and pears and seem okay with them, my bowels have def benefited from this!!

Going round to some dudes house in Edinburgh next week to get some Kefir grains so hopefuly that will also help.

How you been doing did you manage to get some sun?

If you want any info on what new supps Im taking let me know.
